Taylor Swift hit a major milestone with her 113th show on the Eras Tour, performing for the first time in Zurich, Switzerland. This historic concert took place on July 9, 2024, at the Letzigrund Stadium, marking her debut performance in the country.
Despite the hot temperatures, Swift’s energy was unmatched, and she acknowledged the crowd’s enthusiasm during her set. “You’re still dancing like crazy,” she said, rewarding the audience with “bonus points.”
During the acoustic section of the concert, Swift celebrated the special occasion by performing two of her favorite songs, “Right Where You Left Me” from Evermore and “All You Had To Do Was Stay” from 1989. She explained, “This is our 113th show of the Eras tour, and that’s my favorite number. I thought since it was my favorite number, I’d do some of my favorite songs for the acoustic section.”
The date also held significance as it was the anniversary of Swift’s re-release of Speak Now. Swift delighted fans with a mashup of “Last Kiss” and “Sad Beautiful Tragic” on the piano, saying, “Happy July 9th to those who celebrate.”
Taylor Swift will wrap up her stay in Zurich with another show before heading to Milan this weekend and concluding the European leg of her tour with a five-night stint in London in August.
